New in 2026!
Mec Regenerate®

After years of fascination with instant results and visible volumization, aesthetic medicine is entering a phase of redefining the concept of youth and an era of controlled regeneration. Certified, biocompatible products are taking center stage, activating the skin’s natural renewal processes and delivering long-lasting results.

In line with this new trend, a product has been developed that will enter the global market as early as the first quarter of 2026 – MEC Regenerate®. It was developed and is manufactured by 303 Pharma Srl, an Italian pharmaceutical company specializing in advanced biotechnologies and recombinant collagen, recognized as a pioneer in medical and aesthetic regenerative solutions.

New generation biostimulator

MEC Regenerate® is a next-generation biostimulator created in line with the “less is more” philosophy. It supports gradual, biologically synchronized tissue renewal, respecting the skin’s natural rhythm of regeneration. It represents a new level of balance between efficacy and safety.

Unlike traditional fillers or fast-acting stimulators, MEC Regenerate® does not aim for an immediate volumizing effect. Instead, it initiates a controlled, multi-stage process of dermal reconstruction, optimizing the tissues’ ability to rebuild collagen and elastin networks over time. As a result, its action is both safe and predictable, offering subtle, natural revitalization. Each component is activated at the appropriate biological phase after injection, triggering a cascade of tissue repair processes. The product was designed for long-term regeneration of the extracellular matrix, ensuring elasticity, firmness, and tissue density while preserving the natural harmony of facial features as they evolve with age.

The composition of MEC Regenerate® is based on proven, effective ingredients used in medicine:

Polycaprolactone (PCL) – a biodegradable, pharmaceutical-grade polymer that acts as a stimulator of neocollagenesis (the process of new collagen formation). After injection, PCL microspheres create a temporary supportive scaffold. As PCL gradually biodegrades, it stimulates fibroblasts to produce new endogenous collagen, leading over time to improved skin firmness and elasticity. PCL undergoes slow resorption, leaving behind a natural collagen network that prolongs the achieved results.

Type I collagen – a patented recombinant α1 chain of type I collagen, produced by silkworms, which is 99.9% identical to human collagen. It provides immediate improvement in skin quality and supports the newly formed collagen network induced by PCL.

Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) – a carrier gel that provides an immediate tissue volumizing effect and enables even distribution of PCL and other components. It also supports tissue hydration through its water-binding capacity, resulting in a temporary improvement in skin tension and appearance. CMC is resorbed within several weeks, giving way to the long-term regenerative action of PCL.

Pro-Elastin Amino Acids – key amino acids (glycine, valine, alanine, proline) that are fundamental building blocks of elastin, the protein responsible for skin elasticity and resilience. They stimulate fibroblasts to synthesize elastin, contributing to smoother skin, improved elasticity, and increased resistance to sagging and gravitational forces.

MEC Regenerate® is currently in the final stage of MDR certification in accordance with the requirements of EU Regulation 2017/745 on medical devices.
