AutologIX – system for ultra-concentration of autologous exosomes

AutologIX is an innovative therapy utilizing the natural self-healing properties of the human body to promote tissue regeneration and repair. This method involves isolating exosomes from the patient’s own blood platelets and delivering them directly to the area in need of treatment.


What does the set contain?

Our kit for harvesting autologous exosomes allows obtaining extracellular components of the highest purity and hyperconcentration. Its contents include:

PRP1 tubes (4 medical class IIA PRP tubes with gel) – a medical device designed for the preparation of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) concentrate from the patient’s blood. During centrifugation, vesicles are released and remain suspended in the plasma.

You can also safely use AutologIX with your existing 10 ml gel-based tubes and your current centrifuge. No additional tube handling or preparation steps are require.

ProtSmart 6 – a Class IIa medical device, a selective exosome concentrator utilizing innovative ultrafiltration technology with specialized filters featuring hundreds of pores. The filter permeability is nearly ⏈15,000 KDa, with a perfusion diameter < 5 nm. Due to its ability for selective concentration and ultrafiltration, water and salt ion fragments are pushed into the bag, while exosomes, proteins, and cells are collected inside the filter with a special membrane. Its high filtration capacity is due to its structure (the inner wall characterized by a high density of small pores).

The kit also includes: butterfly needle with handle, 2 x 20 ml syringe.

AutologIX is a regenerative therapy system that utilizes advanced ultrafiltration technology (molecular filtration 15 kDa, pore size <5 nm). It physically concentrates ALL regenerative biological components 5-fold, reaching up to 3.0 × 10¹³ particles/ml.

The system retains and concentrates exosomes, growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, FGF), cytokines, plasma proteins, platelets, and fibrin. Its methodology complies with MISEV2023 guidelines, and a comprehensive evaluation conducted by HansaBioMed Life Sciences confirmed: biomarker validation (presence of CD9, CD63, CD81, TSG101, and Alix), exosome purity and functionality, enhanced yield through mechanical activation, and proven therapeutic efficacy.

Treatment protocol:

  • Blood Collection & Mixing – collect blood and mix it with anticoagulant in the PRP1 tubes.
  • Centrifugation (8 minutes, 4200 rpm / 1470 g) – spin the sample to ensure optimal separation.
  • Plasma Collection – carefully collect the plasma from the tube.
  • Ultrafiltration in ProtSmart6 – process the plasma using the ProtSmart6 system.
  • Concentrate Collection – retrieve the final concentrate.
  • Ready to Perform the Procedure! Exosomes should be administered using the mesotherapy technique. For optimal precision and comfort, we recommend the use of an injector, such as the Combo Jector.
